- By placing an order at She' s Artsy you warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have parents' permission to buy from us.
- All personal information provided will be handled by She's Artsy and will NOT be shared with third parties.
- All transfers conducted through She's Artsy are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Credit Card/Debit Card information is not stored in our system and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.
- The price is set at the date of purchase. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.
- She's Artsy reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice.
- At the event when a product is sold out, She's Artsy has the right to cancel the order and refund the allotted amount.
All products remain She's Artsy property until full payment is made.
Store Return Policy
- All sales are final.
- Damaged items will be replaced if reported within 48 hours of delivery with the original packaging.
- Lost items need to be reported within 24 hours so She's Artsy may send a replacement order promptly.
- Replacements are only provided for damaged or lost items.
- NO refunds, store credits, exchanges or replacements are provided for undamaged items.
