Base Service Fee:
$400 per event for up to 25 guest ($50 for every additional 10 guests)

• This includes all art supplies, workshop preparation, travel, and parking.

• The base fee is requested upfront to secure the date and cover preparation costs.

Facilitation Fee:
A minimum of 10 participants is required (participant fee is fixed per person):

• Coffee Painting Workshop: $10 per person

• Watercolor Painting Workshop: $15 per person

Event Duration:
A total of 3 hours — 1 hour for setup/cleanup and 2 hours for guided instruction.
Additional time is available at $50 per 30-minute increment.
