Q: Do you make art for a living?
A: When I am not creating art, I am a full-time IT Consultant for a management consulting firm in Northern Virginia. I have six years of combined experience in the field of information technology and finance specifically within the public sector. I recently graduated with a MS in Management of Information Technology from the University of Virginia (Go Hoos!). Q: What materials do you use?
A: I don't use one specific brand of paint, pens, paper, or brushes. Instead I experiment with them all and encourage you to do the same! Some supplies that do work for me are: micron pens, colorful sharpies, Winsor & Newton watercolor sets, heavy body acrylic paints by Golden Artists Colors, and lightweight, Royal Langnickel Zen brushes. Oh! and I LOVE love love cheap art supplies, expensive doesn't always mean the best :)
Q: What do I get when I purchase a Print?
A: To avoid any heartache and confusion when you receive your print let's talk about what a "print" means in my little shop. A print is NOT the original painting, illustration, or drawing. A print is a high quality graphic image that has been duplicated for resale and distribution by me, the artist ONLY.
Q: What does Limited Edition Print mean?
A: If you see 25, 50, 100, or 250 Limited Edition Print next to an item in my shop this means there will only be a limited number of prints reproduced by me, the artist ONLY. Once they sell out, that’s it, they are gone, never to be reproduced again. If this is not clear and you have additional questions or concerns please feel free to Contact Me.
Q: Can you make me a custom sized print?
A: All prints are available in 5 X 7'', 8 x 10'', or 11 x 14'' on high quality lustre paper. If you are interested in a custom print size or would prefer a different print method please Contact Me.
Q: Can you make a custom art piece for me?
A: I would love to create for you in any way possible (if my schedule permits). Contact Me and let's talk ideas!
Q: What is your store return policy?
A: ** All sales are final. NO refunds, store credits, exchanges or replacements are provided for undamaged items. **
Damaged items will be replaced if reported within 48 hours of delivery with the original packaging, on an individual basis.
Lost items need to be reported within 24 hours so I may send a replacement order promptly.
Replacements are only provided for damaged or lost items.

Q: Can I reproduce and resell your artwork?
A: No, all of my artwork is registered and protected. I love all of you for supporting and purchasing my artwork (original or prints) but please note that purchasing my work does NOT transfer any reproduction or reselling rights to you. If you are interested in licensing or wholesale please Contact Me.
Q: Can I re-post and share your page/posts/artwork?
A: Yes, yes and yes! I love seeing you all repost my work on websites such as Facebook and Instagram. It makes my day, so THANK YOU!! If you do decide to share please be sure to link my profile and credit all artwork/posts. Excited to see how you all decorate with my Handcrafted Happiness pieces!
Q: I contacted you but I haven't received a response yet, what do I do?
A: Sometimes things get busy around here but I try my best to respond to each e-mail within 48 hours. If you have not heard back from me within 48 hours please feel free to Contact Me again and be sure to review the FAQ in the meantime.
